Flower Substitution Policy

Flower Availability & Substitutions

At Se La Vi Flowers, we take pride in creating beautiful floral arrangements that reflect the design, colours and overall appearance shown on our website.

Due to seasonal availability and changes in fresh flower inventory, certain flowers or greenery may occasionally be unavailable. In these cases, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable flowers with similar varieties of equal or greater value.

We make every effort to maintain the arrangement’s original colour palette, style, size and overall appearance as closely as possible.

If you have specific flower preferences or would prefer not to receive substitutions, please contact us at 403-986-6065 before placing your order.
